How to use

Mix 40 g (2 scoops) with 300 ml skimmed milk. First, put the milk in a shaker or blender and then add 2 scoops of SPC. Place the lid on the shaker/blender and shake/blend until mixed. 2 servings per day. Enjoy prior to workouts, after workouts or anytime you desire a high-protein drink.
